It would seem that since the release of the 3.1 firmware for the iPhone, there has been much difficulty in setting it up so that the iPhone jailbreak is going to be a much tougher process to go through. They have iPod Touch Jailbreak done this by modifying the base band of the phone itself so that it can no longer take in third party software as easily. Thankfully, the iPhone dev team has been able to work out a solution that seems to be working out for both the peoples. The iPhone is one of the best devices to jailbreak and thats the truth.
