I never thought I would take up boxing as a pastime. My friend talked me into going to the gym one day to let off some steam and I really liked it. It was an instant stress reliever for me and now I am addicted. I recently found some cheap boxing equipment online and now I get a good workout in just about every night. When I get home from work, I like to slip on my gloves and start swinging away. It is great exercise and it is even better therapy for me. It really makes me feel good.
