Is it possible to lose ten pounds in one week?
The problem with really fast weight loss is that it is sometimes temporary. This means a lot of the progress people make in the earlier stages of a diet is due to losing water or something rather than burning excess fat. So can you lose ten pounds in one week? Well, you can do something pretty close that is for sure. You can safely lose about a pound a day and keep it off if you follow the correct diet and get the right amount of exercise. Even moderate exercise will help you. You don’t have to become a serious athlete you just need to move a bit.
