Have you ever been to this longcase grandfather clocks store?

Has anyone ever been to this store in Chicago called Chicago clock company? My sister lives in Chicago and I was thinking about longcase grandfather clocks as a birthday gift for her. I think it would definitely be cheaper to buy from a local store and bring it to her house rather than pay for someone to ship it online. I’ve heard good things about this store and I know that they carry Howard Miller grandfather clocks which is the brand I’m looking at. If anyone can recommend their store for service reasons or any other reason why I should or should not go through them please let me know.
