The running my girlfriend and I did

Two months ago my girlfriend graduated from the post-Academy for the county sheriff’s department and is going to start working for an agency down here in southern San Diego County. I’m very proud of her and the things she has done to get where she is at. I like to think I was kind of instrumental in her getting there as we did a lot of running together.

We started running together on the beach six months ago in anticipation of her entering the academy. Before long we were running consistently 3 miles a day and it looks like it paid off.

My girlfriend also got some tips from her friend Liz Jackson who she used to run with back in the day.
