Stop drinking and start feeling

Many people suffer from ibs and similar issues. There are several foods to avoid with ibs patients and they are usually the things we consume the most within our day. Most popular I’m sorry to say, coffee. Coffee is like sludge for your internal digestive system. The worst part is you think it’s giving energy but in reality it’s false energy. You would get much better results if you were to meditate for 20 minutes instead of that cup of joe. Just letting go of everything, all your thoughts is such a great reliever of stress and it refills the tank of not only energy but also thought and consciousness.
