Is Stop Smoking Gum Worth the Money?

I am looking for some advice from people who have managed to quit smoking. Can anyone tell me whether or not Stop Smoking Gum is worth the money? I was thinking that this might make things easier on me, and I am wondering if this is the case. I could use some help since I keep giving in and smoking when I am around people who smoke, even though I am trying to quit. I don’t want to stop spending time with my friends, but they are making it really hard for me to quit so I might have to in order to avoid the temptation.
