Anger management courses are for people who easily lose their control.  They are not that easy, since they bring up upsetting and emotionally difficult things because aggressive behaviour is often a defense mechanism. It is best to avoid properly dealing with these things in the first place. That’s where anger management courses come in.

The only wayto deal with the anger is to deal with the underlying causes of it, which can be painful. But, it does work and is worth persevering with.

Everyone feels angry at times, but it’s essential to identify how to express your feelings in a healthy way without shouting or becoming violent. The key is to be trained how to react calmly when something causes you to feel angry.
