After Accident Help

My brother got into a car accident three months ago. He lives in Orlando, Florida with his girlfriend of four years.  They have a nice little house in the heart of town.  He was working for a plumbing supply house and she drives a city bus.  The accident happened on the way to work on morning.  The traffic there is full of tourist who have no idea where they are going.  Of course it was a tourist that hit him from behind.  He has been complaining about his neck and back every since.  Now he has been seeing a chiropractic in orlando and his back to work.
