Ab workouts for women who want toned and tight abs

Working as a Personal Trainer in gyms for the last few years I have noticed that still many of the women I observe don’t have a clue how to target the abs properly to really flatten the stomach. I either see them on the Ab rocker doing hundreds of crunches or sat on machine looking bored. Therefore I think is about time to step in and offer some different ab workouts for women that don’t involve crunches or some ineffective and frankly dangerous ab machines.ab workouts for women for tight, toned abs.

Stability Ball Plank – 45 seconds

Mountain Climbers with crossover – 10 reps each side.

Gym Ball Rollouts – 10 reps.
