A Second Home
We were looking at buying a second property to have a vacation home in the summer time. I knew with our first mortgage we would not be able to buy a big vacation home, but we did not need all that much. I know that it needed to fit into our budget, so I looked to a Mortgage calculator to figure out how much our second home could cost. I was amazed at how much we actually could afford, and was amazed at our options. We still picked a cheap, small property so we could afford to vacation while at our new home, but were still very happy.
