Thousands of People are Out of Work
If you are looking for jobs in Florida, you will have to fall in line with thousands of other unemployed workers. It is common knowledge that the easiest way to find a new job is while you are still employed. Unfortunately, many people do not have this advantage because of the recent economic melt down. People are competing for jobs that they would otherwise not be interested in of times were different. Imagine being a hiring manger and being inundated with a thousand resumes for one position. And, 90% of those resumes are from people who ae overqualified for the position.
