Source of Innovative Ideas: Web Survey

As a small business owner I am always looking for new ideas to improve my products and my customer service. Sometimes the best, most innovative ideas come from my customers who like the product but they hint that my product would make their life so much easier if it only had this and that. A web survey has been a great source of brilliant ideas – the customers do not have to rush when they fill out the web survey and they can truly take their time to evaluate my products. I really love my customers and their help in growing my business.
