The housing market has been hit by quite a downturn over the past couple years. This has left some very good buys on the market in Florida. Daytona Beach Foreclosures are at their all time highest and the deals are incredible. It is unfortunate that so many people lost their homes but skipping a deal will not help them to get it back. A person that has the means to start investing in real estate right now would be wise to do so. It is only a matter of time before home prices start jumping back up again in Florida and around the country.
