Get a Witness

What should you do if you’ve been an accident? My friend who has studied law and one day plans on being a Personal Injury Lawyer in Toronto told me the best thing you can do when you have been in any accident is to look for at least one witness who saw how the injury occurred. This is just a precautionary measure because the insurance company handling the claim will always to find ways to deny you the claim, and find holes in your statement. You should also find a witness if you have been injured at work, although many times employees may be reluctant to go against the company, if the company maybe liable.
